Del Toro to Service City’s “Green” Loans
The second-largest city in San Diego County selects Del Toro Loan Servicing, Inc. to prepare loan documents and service loans made to residents for "environmentally beneficial" home improvements.

Del Toro Loan Servicing, Inc., a provider of services to the Private Lending industry, will contribute to the City of Chula Vista’s charge to “Go Green.”
San Diego County’s second-largest city has selected Del Toro to provide loan document preparation and loan servicing to residents participating in the Community Revolving Loan Fund. The fund is in place to provide low interest financing for property-owners to implement energy efficiency retrofits and/or to install renewable energy systems at their homes or businesses in Chula Vista.
Del Toro continues to grow rapidly in 2010. During the last six months, the San Diego-based company has achieved numerous significant achievements. In March, Del Toro acquired Northern California-based Placer Title Services; in July, Del Toro was selected to sub-service over 700 loans for Residential Capital Mortgage Income Fund; and now with the addition of the City of Chula Vista Community Revolving Loan Fund, Del Toro has cemented itself as the go-to company for high quality - experienced lender services.
